What if I already have insurance?
Many of our customers currently have health insurance. MD247 gives you the ability to speak with a doctor any time of the day or night, even on holidays or while on vacation, without making an appointment. This is a great benefit to the insured or uninsured.

What if I already have my own doctor?
MD247 is not going to replace your doctor, but when your doctor is NOT available, MD247 will be there for you. Whether it is 2AM, or you are out of town, your MD247 doctor is always available.

Are there any restrictions due to age or current medical conditions?
Since md247 is NOT insurance, there are no age restrictions, no restrictions for pre-existing conditions, no deductibles to meet, and no limit to the amount of times you can use the service.

Can anyone in my immediate family use my ID card?
Immediate family members residing in your household or dependent children can use your membership card.

Will this membership keep my medical information private?
MD247 is 100% HIPAA compliant. We will only release information to the providers to which you agree.

Do I have to pay at the time of service?
If you are a MD247 Deluxe member, you must pay a Doctor Consultation fee of no more than $40.00 prior to your consultation. If you are a MD247 Ultimate member, your first consultation is free. If you are a MD247 VIP member, all of your consultations are free.

What is the refund / cancellation policy?
MD247 provides a service with a monthly or annual fee. If you wish to cancel you can do so at any time by simply calling our customer service at (866) 232-1343

What kind of medications can the doctor prescribe?
The doctor can prescribe anything at his own discretion, with the exception of DEA controlled substances.
